How to make your homebrew blog CoCompatible?

Peter Rukavina came up with an elegant solution to make your blog compatible with CoComment.

Changed the id of the comment form to comment-form.
Changed the name of the Name field to author.
Confirmed that the name of the Email field was email.
Changed the name of the Comment text field to text.
Changed the name of the submit button to post.
Added http://ruk.ca/” title=”Home” /> to the title section of the page.
