Improvements:
- fixed several display bugs
- fixed some more wordpress problems
- corrected determination of submit button
- fixed msn spaces extraction
- fixed some deployments issues
Known issues:
- problems with some templates on WordPress (Blix, Hemingway, Regulus2)
- comment forum not working
