Bugs fixed:
- Adjusted login form to use enter key
- added a preliminary permalink page for blog/article/comment
- corrected deployment problem
- corrected a bug in computation of posting dates
Known issues:
- problems with some templates on WordPress (Blix, Hemingway, Regulus2)
- comment forum not working
